Our Ethos

Little Chiefs Nurseries are a group of early years settings with one core goal at the heart of everything we do and that is that children come first.
Every child is unique and deserves to have their individually nurtured by highly qualified and experienced early years practitioners in a warm and homely environment.
Our nursery leaders inspire the practitioners to be the best, motivating them with a vision of high expectations in all aspects of the setting.
Although we are part of a nursery group the updates to the curriculum guidance in 2021 enabled us to develop a curriculum that was individual to each setting.
We believe that reflective practice enables us to continually develop our skills and environment to support children and their individual development.
As a setting we understand how important the early years are for children. As such our curriculum for the setting is at the heart of what we do. This is our curriculum, the values at the core of our setting.
A friendly and safe place for a child, very good care. People always smiling, there is always good contact between the caregiver and the parent, there is always a great atmosphere, I recommend this place.

Lovely clean spaces for the children to play and explore with lots of resources. Staff are very friendly, always approachable and most of all caring and kind. My child feels safe and happy there and we can see the progress they have made from being at this nursery. There is a wide variety of food offered every day and the app is an easy and great way of communicating between home and nursery. I would thoroughly recommend this setting.

Communication with the nursery is good. We have been at this nursery since before it changed to Little Chiefs and all areas of management have improved. Activities seem engaging, we get good feedback for our child and we get regular pictures of what they're up to! Little Chiefs are flexible and accommodating. Our Story

Little Chiefs Day Nurseries strives to ensure that children get the best start to their education journey. The first Little Chiefs nursery was Paint Pots in Croft, Leicester who joined the group in April 2021. The second nursery to join the group was Wiggles and Giggles Day Nursery in Littleworth, Mansfield in July 2021 closely followed by Little Chiefs Day Nursery in Boston in September 2021. The 4th group to join the setting was Wiggles and Giggles Day Nursery in Solihull in December 2022.

Although the group is expanding we want to ensure that our core value of the children come first is at the heart of everything we do.
